Maria Agni is a contemporary multimedia artist of Central European origin, currently based in London, UK. Her work explores the mystery of universal consciousness and the transformative journey of human awareness. She holds a diploma in Visual Advertising, a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Printmaking and Photomedia from Central Saint Martins, and a Master’s Degree from the Royal College of Art. After completing her studies, she became involved in film post-production, supporting Hollywood cinematographers in the process of film to digital colour grading. In 2020, Maria Agni returned to London to focus on her personal creative practice, blending digital and traditional techniques, including photography, painting, collage, performance, video, and found objects. She draws inspiration from the work of Marcel Duchamp, Joseph Campbell, and Marina Abramović.
